Jewelry must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
Please make sure all tags, boxes, and accessories are included.
Custom-made or personalized pieces can’t be returned unless there’s a manufacturing defect.

🔁 Exchange or Refund
If you received a wrong item or damaged product, we’ll replace it for free.
If you want to change style or size, that’s okay too — just pay the return shipping.
Once we receive your item back and check it, we’ll process your exchange within 7–10 business days.
